Electrophoresis tank (main tank)

An electrophoresis bath is stored, and an object to be coated is subjected to electrophoresis coating. The tank capacity is determined by ensuring the target film thickness, and all other devices for electrophoretic coating serve this tank.

Ensure that the formation of the coating film (swim through power, film thickness distribution, etc.) is divided into the main tank and the auxiliary tank, and the tank liquid overflows from the out of the tank to the auxiliary tank.

Tank liquid circulation stirring system

The tank liquid is blown out with a tank liquid circulation nozzle provided at the bottom of the tank, and the tank is stirred to keep the coating uniform in the tank to prevent the precipitation of pigments and cool the hot coating surface. The diffused electrolytic bubbles are removed. Blow-out nozzles and other pipes form the piping in the tank.
